Reading how easy it is to replace I ordered and received part WB07X10476 (grille assembly). However, when going to replace the unit I realized it was installed with the head of the screw on the top of the unit not inside the unit. A cabinet is above the microwave and was installed using the outside top exhaust (vertical duct). Does this mean I have to remove the microwave in order to access the screws?

I have removed the two screws on top (actually, there are three but one may have nothing to do with this part) and it still does not pull out easily. Are there snaps or holds somewhere I need to be aware of as to not break? Any other info you can provide in pulling straight out or tilt needed?
