I have removed the two screws on top (actually, there are three but one may have nothing to do with this part) and it still does not pull out easily. Are there snaps or holds somewhere I need to be aware of as to not break? Any other info you can provide in pulling straight out or tilt needed?

Answer Hello Tom, This is so simple you may kick yourself. With the two screws removed, shift the grille to the left. It will now slide straight out and off. This, by the way, is much easier to do with the microwave door open.

Answer Hello Mike. You will need to remove the two screws securing the grill to the top of the microwave and then you can remove and replace the grille WB07X10476 on the unit.
