Answer Hello Fran! The middle guide rail WR02X11684 has a little tab that installs onto the crisper cover WR72X10154. If the tab on the crisper cover has broken the middle rail will move freely and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps you. Thanks!

Answer Hi Beverly. Even though the manufacturer does not put out a detailed installation instruction of these parts unless it is directly related to the repair of a functional part that keeps the unit cooling properly. This piece separates the crisper drawer halves. It clips tightly in place onto the middle bottom of the lower pan frame. From the top view there is a -T- on the front end part. This part clips in place as the back rounded piece of the top clips in the back of the frame. The guide rail part # WR02X11684 has grooves on the side for the inner Lt. and Rt. baskets slide into and out of. Thank You.
