The microwave light went out. The owner's manual showed the light in a diagram, but no info on it or how to change it. You web site was very helpful. I have found a similar bulb (AP4380308), but I see that the other is 50 watt. Is that a big problem or should it work just a little brigther?
Answer Hello Jim,
This is actually a very big issue since the higher wattage changes the current flow through the entire circuit. This will cause electronic issues with the power supply to the lighting circuit. You should replace the bulb with the one recommended by the manufacturer to ensure trouble-free operation.
Note: This question is for the older version of this part, but we thought you might still find it helpful
