Answer Kenneth, The reason the turntable motor will only turn sporadically would be because of worn gears inside the turntable motor. You will want to replace the motor. To replace motor you would unplug unit and take the screws holding the bottom panel in place. Once you take out the screws you disconnect the wires to the turntable and take out 2 screws that hold the motor in place and pull the motor out. Once out you would install a the new motor in reverse.

Answer Ian, the owners manual found and parts lists on GE website for the PVM1970 model calls for WB36X10213. The replacement halogen light bulb for the cooktop is our part number WB25X10019. Thanks!

Answer Hello Brent! Yes, the lamp is the same on the interior as the cooktop lamps. The part number is WB25X10019. You will have to uninstall the microwave and remove the outer cover. Once this is removed you can access the bulb in the top of the unit and replace it. Thanks.

Answer Hello Bill, Based on model it is showing that the Manufacturer replacement part is the WB25X10019 You could try to use the TJ26QBP0213 to see if it has the dual filaments.

Answer Hello Richard. The bulb should just pull straight out of the socket. You may need to wear rubber latex gloves to release the bulb from the socket. 

Nazlie for Model Number JVM1870 MICROWAVE

Answer Hello Nazlie. You will need to access the screw holding the lens in place and remove the screw. Then, remove the lens from the bottom of the unit. Now you can access the bulb on the unit. Grasp the bulb and pull it out and then install the new bulb WB25X10019 into the socket.
