Answer Hello Tory. You need to remove the drum from the cabinet to replace the heat deflector WE14M77 on the unit.

Answer Hello Harold. You will need to check and see if the slides WE1M504 and WE1M1067 are bad on the unit. If so, it will cause the problem you are having. If the bearing WE3M26 on the front is worn down, it will need to be replaced as well. Hope this helps.
