How to make drum not to rub on the frame?
Answer Hello Harold. You will need to check and see if the slides WE1M504 and WE1M1067 are bad on the unit. If so, it will cause the problem you are having. If the bearing WE3M26 on the front is worn down, it will need to be replaced as well. Hope this helps.
Do you have a part no. for the thermal insulation behind the heat deflector? If this insulation was missing, would it cause the dryer to shut off several minutes after being started? If this insulation is not available, what would you recommend to use in its place?
Answer Hello Mark! GE does not supply the insulation located behind the heat deflector WE14M77. We do not have any recommendations as to what you may be able to use since the manufacture does not supply any information to this item on your product.
