Refrigerator and freezer no longer cooling. Fan is working not sure what problem is. Any sugestions?

Answer Hello Ray. Check and see if the compressor is running. If not, you may have a bad compressor WR87X429. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Thanks.
