Answer Brad, You will want to check the ignition switches and wiring from the switches to the spark module. To check the switches you will want to turn off the gas to the unit. Using a continuity tester you will turn on the switch and should have continuity across the leads. If not then the switch is bad and would need to be replaced.

Answer Peter, You should check the wires from the ignition switches to the spark module and from spark module to the igniters. If the wiring checks ok then you would want to replace the igniter.

Answer Hello Bob, On the left front burner since you are getting no clicking sound you may want to do a continuity test on the burner switch. You will want to turn off the gas and turn switch on. With switch on you should have continuity and if not then the switch is bad. On the right front you will want to check to make sure that the ignitor is aligned properly.

Answer Hello Rob, it could be your spark module WB13K25 or the ignitor switches WB18T10176 though, it's unlikely two ignitor switches would fail at the same time. Hope this helps!

Answer Hello Charles, When only one surface burner isn't working, it is normally because of a dropped ground. The ignitor has to have a good ground to spark to, as you know the circuit has to be complete back to ground. The cook top is made up of multiple steel parts, all screwed together. The way I usually restore normal operation is to remove all of the parts that are screwed together and use a piece of 120 grit sand paper to "clean" the surfaces that contact to complete the ground up to the ignitor area. Since you have a glass cook top, the unit will have to be pulled from its' installation and the glass top removed to find the point where the ground has lost contact. Sometimes, just tightening the screws will work, but this is pretty much a temporary fix. If you want it to fix the issue, you will go to the trouble listed above.

Answer Jim, You most likely have a bad spark module, or a broken damaged igniter wire. This time switch the igniter wires, not the igniter, and see if the symptom travels to the other burner. Good Luck and Thanks
