No water or ice out of door. Makes ice inside and no light outside the door when you push button. When you try getting ice or water it turns the refrigerator off. Is it the controll board on the outside of door.

This would more than likely be the user interface that would be causing issue. You will want to also check the connector at the bottom or top of door to make sure that there is no loose or broken wires.
NO ice or water is comming out of the dispenser. Ice is been made inside. the dispenser will work for a week or so, then will go bad for almost a month, and so forth. I already changed the motherboard on the back of the fridge but this did not fix the issue. Do you think changing this front motherboard will solve my problem?

Answer Hello Arian. No, based on the information you provided it either sounds like the water valve is bad or the water is freezing inside the freezer door. Next time it does not work, remove the water line from the bottom of the freezer door and see if water comes out there. If so, the line inside the door is frozen and will need to be thawed out.
