Answer Hello Claudio. Please check the wires coming from the switch at the actuator to the motor for a llose connection or broken switch. You can also test the motor, at your lowest RX setting you should get a resistance reading from pin to pin. Thanks!
I have tested the voltage at the connections to the motor. The power that reach the motor is much lower than the normal power of 220 Volts.

Answer Hello Claudio. You should only have 120 volts AC at the motor. If that is there, you will need to replace the motor. Hope this helps.
