Answer Hello Jay! According to the manufacturer the auger dispenser WR17X11705 and drive WR02X11941 is threaded and attaches directly to the auger motor. The JNut is no longer needed. Thanks.

Answer Hello Deb. In that case, you can use a hammer to strike the wrench and break the nut loose so it can be unscrewed without the shaft turning.

Answer Hi Rick. Are you referring to the auger motor that turns the auger in the ice bin? If so cut the nut with a Dremel tool or split it with a chisel. You will need to order the J-nut part # is 61004961 and auger drive part # is WR02X11941. Thank you.
