The front of my control panel is black. None of my lights are on.What can I do to diagnose the problem? How to take off the front panel and what can I do to fix the problem.

Answer Hi Kenny. Take off the door. You might need to lock the door hinges before you remove the door. Remove all power. Look under the control panel area lt., center and rt. to remove lower screws. You may need to remove the end caps. There is a top rail that has screws in it to remove and get to the clock control as well. The screws hold the clock with metal brackets. Mark all connections before removal. Read all instructions supplied. Remove static ground as well and don't touch inner components on the board. Part # is WB50T10048. Thank you.
