Answer Hello Peter. There is a clip on the shaft of the knob WH01X10061 that pulls out to remove. Once the clip is removed, the knob pulls off the timer shaft.

Answer Tom, No, APP hasn't a video for your particular washer. Here are some written instructions : To Remove timer : Timers are not technician serviceable. If found to be faulty replace the entire timer-timer motor assembly. Timers are model specific and only fit the model it's designed to fit. 1. Remove timer knob assembly( pull the knob straight out,as far as possible) , Using a small blade flat screwdriver or similar tool,release the timer knob clip from the timer shaft WH1X2117 and slide the knob and skirt off the timer shaft. Before replacement of the knob, check and make sure the compression ring on the timer dial WH2X650 is not distorted or damaged. Good Luck and Thanks

Answer Hello Aldo. Have you checked for the compression ring WH02X10093 and is the knob shaft WH01X10061 that fits onto the timer shaft split? If these check out, the timer WH12X10300 has to be the issue. Hope this was helpful and have a great day!
