Answer Luis, It sounds more like the washer is not spinning. If the washer was not draining, the tub would be full of water. You'll need to remove the front panel, and start the washer, in the spin cycle, and observe to see if the motor and belt turn and the tub spins, If not Make sure the washer lid and magnet are properly mounted and secured to the washer lid and top assembly. and test the lid switch circuit WH12X10334 or replace it. We'll send you some additional information that will be helpful for you to check and test the control board and motor.

Answer Sevastian, There are two (2) components involved in your particular lid switch assembly WH12X10334 the "reed" switch, which mounts to the underside of the washer top, and WH12X10276 which attaches to the underside of the loading lid, and activates the reed switch, when the lid is closed. Answer Hello David. You will need to remove the front panel of the washer to access the lid switch. To do this there are two clips at the top of the front panel that needs to be released. Then the front panel will pull out and up off the machine. The lid switch is located on the right side of the machine. You will need to uninstall the old one and cut the wires. Then splice the new one in and install it. Hope this helps.
