The first time we ever used the self cleaning system it tripped the limit switch # AP2023975. Is this a common problem for this particular stove?

Answer Hello Jim. It is not uncommon for the limit switch WB24K5049 to be tripped in the self clean cycle. Check and make sure the cooling fans are working properly. Hope this helps.
