Both the bake and boiler elements will not work(heat}. Control panel works. Clock, oven light, keyboard control up an down heat. I press the bake button set to 400 and fan comes on but no heat just stays at 100. I do hear a click like it trying to raise the heat. So I tried the boiler and it would not heat. Thanks

The oven is not cooking even. I adjusted the thermostat 25 degrees and it still seems to run 15 degrees hot. The user says that sometimes it works perfectly and others, it will cook the top of the food and not the bottom. Other times it will cook the bottom and not top. I am not familiar with this model of oven and was hoping you may have an idea as to what I can do to fix this. Thank you for your time. Doug S

I have a GE wall oven model (pk916sr1ss) that is two years old. I took it out of cabinet and remodeled kitchen. I have 220 power to the unit with both legs hot and am confident that the wiring is good to the power supply but I have no power to the unit. The clock nor the light bulb will come on. No indication of any power.at all. It worked fine prior to taking it out of the cabinet and reinstalling in new cabinet. It was never abused or damaged in any way. Any help or a starting point? Is there a fuse in the unit?

We used the self cleaning feature for the very first time about a month ago. Everything was fine until yesterday. Microwave works fine. Oven controls and fan work- but oven won't heat- neither top nor bottom elements. No holes in elements either. We replaced the main fuse- no change. Also no error codes either. Prior to this only trouble was slight difference in oven temp- back was hotter than front of oven. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have a GE JTP86BFB which is what is listed on my receipt. I am out of town so I do not have the exact model number. All the oven controls work except neither oven element heats. I am told that its probably the Limit Thermostat. When I look up the model number I listed, it shows 7 different model numbers, but all of the models do list the same limit switch. GE #WB24T10060. Does this sound like it could be the problem, and the part number when checked against the JTP86BFB says that it is not compatible.

Thanks for giving me those two part numbers. As a follow up question, do you know where I might find a guide as to where these two thermal fuses are located on the oven so that I can replace them? I've already purchased both parts from you and they are currently shipping to me. The are: AP3185961 AP3189279
