Answer Hello Dennis, it sounds like your cam riser WR2X4901 and door stop WR2X7213 may need replacing. You will need to remove the top door hinge and raise the door off the lower hinge. Replace the components and re-install the door. Hope this helps!

Answer Hello Tom, You would want to check to see if the part is upper 240328203 or lower 240457702 cam that is broken. On both parts the door will have to be removed to replace. The upper one you will need needle nose pliers and make sure that there is none of the other part up inside the door.

Answer Hello Judy, When replacing the lower hinge cam WR13X10020 you should also replace the upper cam WR2X4901. When the lower cam gets damaged it also will damage the upper cam on door.
