I have all screws out and apart for the dish washer pump motor, Part Number: AP2039452) Impeller will not seperate from shaft. I have locked the motor fin with a small vise grip plyers and have tried to turn it clockwise & counter clockwise, the impeller will not loosen on shaft?

Answer Hi Jim. There is a key shaft groove on the motor shaft. The shaft is not threaded. Once the previous top bolt was removed........Then the lower impeller part # WD19X10004 picture is unavailable to view. The impeller needs to be lifted up and off the motor shaft. If you need to carefully use a small chisel and split it in half off the steel shaft may be the last bet. Thank You.
