How difficult is it for a non technical person to replace the spray arm. Part #501?
Answer Hi Larry. There should be a little "wobble" in the lower spray arm, but nothing like you're describing. I would think, you'll need to remove the lower rack, "pop up" nozzle, and spray arm. There should be a small screw holding the nozzle support, split ring and arm together.
Part # WD22X135. Thank You.
What is the best way to clean lower spray arm or is it better to just replace it? Also, I am going to use tang to clean the inside of the machine, is there a better product for this purpose?
Answer Hi Jason. The best way is by removing both arms. Use a pick tool and warm water under the sink to flip upsidedown and flush out debri's. There are special cleaning agents that work excellent by following directions. Glisten is part # TJ129. Thank you.
