My motor spindel is spinning, but the pully is not. Is the pully suppose to spin freely or be secure?

The motor pulley should spin as the motor shaft spins. If the pulley is not spinning you will want to make sure that the pulley is securely on the shaft and make sure that there is no damage to the shaft.
Water is leaking out of bottom of pump, is there a gasket or sealing ring in assembly? Or is that part of the pump?

Answer Hello Bob. If the pump is leaking out the bottom, you will need to replace the pump assembly WH23X42. Hope this helps.
