I need to replace Main PCB control board. Are these parts are the same? WR55X10428 and WR55X10486?

My unit has erradic temperatures I can reset by turning off the main switch and then sometimes the temps start dropping and match the set temps.
I have placed a thermometer inside the freezer section and when not erradic shows -1 degree per outside settings, then after a few hours it will start to increase, along with the temp for the refer side too. It appears nothing is wrong with the refer side, but the freezer side will make ice but after twelve hours or more I notice water on the floor and then start the recycling over and the temp starts declining.
My thoughts is this unit has an intermittent main control board, I have not been able to locate the board as of yet by looking through all your nomenclature online.
My question is how often does this main panel go bad, and when it does does it show symptoms I have described above?
Knowing the unit will show the correct temps, tells me that the evaporator and main assemblies are working correctly. The thermistors might also be the culprit.
Is a thermistor intermittent and would it reset it self after turning the unit on and off, my experience would tell me that either this unit is working or not working.
I am not a refrigerator technician, but have multiple experience in many fields of repair.
You will need to test the thermistors in the unit to make sure that they are good. But the issue could also be caused by a main control board which is located in the top compartment by where the compressor is at the top of the unit. The thermistor resistance should read as follows for each temp reading.
