The electronic display and interior oven lights were not working. i believe this happened after a power outage, then possible power surge when power was brought back online by the power company. Keith C. • Victor, ID • March 24, 2014

How do I remove the control panel faceplate on GE trivection double oven JT980COH1CC? I have removed the 3 screws under the faceplate, and I now have play at the bottom but the top is fixed by a feature that I cannot see. I am afraid to break something by using too much force. I have an upper oven clicking issue, and am trying to get to and buy a replacement for the relay causing it.

I have a GE Profile single wall oven with trivection. The display is out and nothing works. The oven is energized with 246 volts (each ungrounded conductor to ground is 123 volts). I checked the fuse and it is good. Both acL1 to ground and acL2 to ground coming off the main control board is only 102 volts. Is this correct, or should the main control board supply 123 volts?

There is significant relay clicking noise when the upper oven is turned on. The oven still heats and holds temp, just makes a lot of noise. Clicking even occurs when the oven is cooling down. The sound appears to come from the main power board, but I can't be sure. Would replacing the main power board help? or is there someplace else I should look for the problem?

I have power to the oven. All lights and controls went off. Nothing works. Checked breaker, all good. Could this be the main control board. I was originally told it was the clock timer, changed that, still not working.

The main Power Control Brd has a blown transister (top247y) attached to the large heat sink. I replaced the transister & it blew again after plugging the oven in. Is the main power control brd bad or is another brd possibly blowing the transister? There is no display on the oven temp control nor does the oven light come on. Thanks for any help you can give me.
