Answer Stephen, You would have to have a key chart to check the control keypad. Since there are no lights on the keypad and you had already started having an issue the keypad this would be the most likely cause of failure.

Answer Chaks, You will want to check the harness between adapter and control board for corrosion and check to make sure that it is fully seated on the control board. If this checks ok then the most likely cause will be the Adapter WD21X10199.

Answer Hello Jeff, If the unit will not operate after running it and you have to shut breaker off to reset then you would have a bad control board WD21X10370 and it would need to be replaced.

Answer Hello Tom. If there is power coming to the control module, and nothing is working, you will need to order and replace the control module WD21X10187 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
