Hello Experts! I have this 4 and half years old GE Adora Quite Power 3 dish washer. The issue with this I have started noticing recently is that which ever mode I choose to run this one in, it start nicely at Washing cycle, gets the water that it needed (checked the levels and warmness and is satisfactory), from the noise I hear I think it is also spinning, and then drains the water. So, the problem here is, it doesn't move from washing to rinse or sanitize or dry but all the time it is stuck at Washing, takes the water, does some spinning and drains the water. In normal wash mode, this goes on for 90 minutes without moving to the next cycle. With my limited knowledge, I have tried unplugging, switching off at the main, manually cleared the drain etc but of no positive sign yet. Any help in this regard is much appreciated as I am right now not really in a situation to afford a new unit... Thanks RB

Answer Hello GEA-DW. If the unit is not cycling properly, it sounds like the control module WD21X10371 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit.

When I power up my non-functioning dishwasher i get a backwards FF on the display. Also, when the timer is running, the top left part of the right Digit is missing, making a 9 look like a backwords F, an 8 look like a backwards 6, etc. Even though the display isn't working correctly, I still think the module works. I know that my motor is bad because it gets REAL hot but doesn't run. This all may have been the result of an electical surge. Thoughts?
