My dishwasher stopped working after a power outage. We purchased a new control board from you guys and it still didn't solve the problem. We were told to check the fuse, which we did and it read good except the fuse was still attached to the unplugged dishwasher. Does that need to be removed for an accurate reading? Also , how would I test the control board exactly to see if it is getting 120Volts? is there any danger of electric shock by testing it as well?Thank you

My Brake circuit is out in my washer motor. What is the value of the brake resistor located in the inverter cover? Mine is open and I have access to some used parts. I would like to change this out and see if the motor and brake circuit operate correctly.

My washer fills with water to the desired level but will not agitate or spin. There are no error codes on the flashing led on the motor control board as it runs continuously in ready state with one second on and one second off. The lid switch works fine as it has continuity when it is magnetized (lid closed). The thermo fuse is fine as it also has continuity. The mode shifter reads approximately 65.7 ohms. The motor windings read about .7 ohms. There is no short on the motor windings to the laminations. The timer was replaced but there was no change. The motor spins freely by hand. The belt has been removed and everything turns freely. The motor has been reset by unplugging the washer and repowering the unit and opening and closing the unit 6 times. What can I check next?

Washer will fill with water and pump out. But will not spin or agitate. Is there a reset on the motor?

My washer can fill and drain water Normally. But no agitate and spin. I don’t know if this is the problem of timer or the motor. The motor is WH20X10035, I can see 12 wires connected to the 12 ports on the front. Can someone tell me how to test the motor by using the ohm meter on these 12 ports? Or show me the wire diagram of this motor. So I can test the different speed on the motor to see if the motor is working. Thanks,

I asked a question before about th3-phasd er and ended up needing a new motor. The motor that was in there was 3-phase for some reason. Replaced it with the correct 1-phase motor and things worked fine for quite a while. Now, though, there is a red LED flashing on the board on top of the motor, 4 quick flashes. Any ideas? Fills and drains, but doesn't spin. Thanks!
