Answer Robert,
The 6 flashes indicate a locked rotor. Make sure that there is nothing caught between the tubs and if not then you will want to pull the belt off and make sure that the pulley is turning freely. If all this checks ok then you would need to replace the motor.
Got this washer and it had already been taken apart once. Tested it out without clothes or detergent and it filled with water, then when I turned the timer off, advanced it to where it should be agitating, it did not agitate. I also stopped it, turned it to rinse and spin, and the tub did not spin. Pump works fine and it was able to pump all of the water out, but the motor did not appear to be working.
I took it apart and looked for the flash sequence, but I did not see any lights or flashes at any point. Looks like the control panel is getting power, the pump is getting power, but either the board on the motor isn't getting power, or it is shot. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Answer Hello Dave,
If you check the motor it will have flashing green lights when it is supposed to agitate. If it does not then you are not getting power to the motor. You may want to check the lid switch on unit. This model the water will fill and drain but will not agitate or spin if the lid switch is bad. Check continuity of the switch. With lid closed you should have continuity if you don't replace switch WH12X10334. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
