I am trying to replace the microwave magnatron and my unit is wall mounted. The manual for removing and installing only comes with a new wall mount bracket. Where can I get instructions to remove and replace my microwave from the wall?

Answer Hi Jim. Above the microwave cabinet you need to unplug the power cord. Then you will also notice that there are 2 large waffle head phillips screws on top of the front area of the upper cabinet. These screws are the 2-1/2" Long mount screws that extend into the top of the unit. As you loosen these screws the front of the unit drops down. Put a blanket on top of the stove to protect it and to be able to let the microwave down onto with help. Someone will hold the bottom of the unit while the screws are being removed from up top. Thread the power cord head out of the cabinet hole for the cord as you have both screws removed. Then the unit will be leaning top out towards you. Lift up and out on the bottom of the unit to remove the unit off the horizontal mount tabs(3 or 4). Gently set the unit down. The unit mount stays on the wall. Now you can use a security t-20 type of screw bit to remove the cover back screws. Then you can be able to remove the cover to access the magnetron part # WB49X10226. Make sure you reinsert the front cover side tabs into the frame during installation so the cover front sides do not stick out sideways and look funky afterwards. Thank You.
