I am not getting ice or water from the dispenser. If I remove and replace the filter I hear water pressure. I try the dispenser and I will get normal water pressure for 3-5 seconds before the water slows and stops. If I remove and reinstall the filter again, I get water for a few seconds and then it stops. Is this a potentially a problem with the MWF Manifold assembly? I was originally thinking the problem was in the water inlet, but based on the above test I'm not so sure.

I long time ago I decided to change the water filter. When I did the filter blasted off (a lot of pressure) to the extent I was worried I would have broken the shelf. I put the new filter on and found the pressure was was down. I left it that way for several days (knowing you can get air in the lines) but the pressure never improved. I reverted to the old filter for a few days and it was just as poor. I even emptied the unit completely, thawed it and retested without change. I suspect this is the first part to try replacing, but I also wonder about the valves. Any advice appreciated!
