Top oven will not work I can select Bake or Broil element will not heat up. Tested leads and there is power. I removed relay covers and manually closed relay and elements came to temperature. Will replacing the control panel correct this or is there another sensor that will cause relays not to close? Thanks, Pete

The oven light is on when the door is open. The control panel shows no indication, clock and timer display nothing, and non of the touches works. Consequently the oven is not working. I've just replaced the touch pad and nothing changed. Is there another breaker or fuse for the control unit different from that of the light? Is the a fuse in the control unit?
