I have an electric GE Profile oven that is around 8 years old, The touchpad is fine, but the temperature control knob grafics are almost completely gone, (from cleaning the stainless steel). Is there some kind of replacement decal or indicator available to replace the "erased" temperatue indicators?

Answer Rick, We would need to have the model number to check and see if there is a decal but in most cases the graphics come as part of the panel and no decal would be available.

Good Day I have a GE TrueTemp oven Model # JBP66WY3WW and te lower heating element does not heat up. I replaced the element, but still no luck. Should I go ahead and replace the control board? Thanks in advance for your help!

Answer Joe, You will want to check to make sure that you are getting 240 vac at the control board between L1 and bake with unit on. If there is proper power then you would need to replace the control board WB27T11311.

Answer Hello Kevin, You will want to check to make sure that you have a fully seated ribbon cable to the control board. If this is good then you will need to replace the control panel.
