What would cause both broil and bake elements to quit at the same time. They both worked when used the day before and then today nothing.

Convection heat quit then convection fan stayed on when door opened, then upper bake and broil elements would not come on. Found upper door switch frozen closed and burned. Replaced switch. All upper elements have 120 v at L1 to ground. Turned on Conv. Bake, then Broil then Bake. Still only 120 v. Lower oven 120 v when off, 240 v when on as it should be. Suspect board is shot. Model JK950A0A2AA SN FZ2365440, what is correct board if needed? Your comments please.

I received my new double oven control board. The old board has A black and white wire on the L1-2 terminal which is by itself. On the new board, it does not have that connect. From looking at the drawing supplied with the part (P/N: WB27T10287), I think it goes to the common terminal on the broil 2 relay. Is that correct?

I self-cleaned our oven yesterday afternoon, and last night the burners stopped working and neither top or bottom oven will heat. The clock display is working, all buttons are working and the red lights above the burner knobs light up when you start to turn them, but the lights go off. I'm thinking the bottom power board might be shot but not sure...
