Answer Hello Lynne. The only other thing I can think of is, removing the outer cover over the basket and see if you can reach the latch through the hole there in the top. Also, try putting the new pedal WC17X10014 in the slots for it, and push down on it to see if it will release the door. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Lynne. 1. Check for 120 Volts at the outlet. 3. If ram does not come up, unplug the unit. 1) Open motor rear cover plate. 2) Rotate the motor shaft in the counter- clockwise direction using 1/4" hex socket screw key, make the Ram go up. Once up, the door should open. Hope this helps.
