I clean up my pilot burner with a needle but pilot light flame still out.

Answer Hi Henery. Your referring link brought this model and parts view up. Model # -RGB508PPH2WH, so I will use it. If it is a dual burner assy. part # WB16K10026 then switch the good one to the bad side and try to light the pilot. If it does now then the burner itself needs replaced. If it does not then you need to now check the burner selector valves themselves part # WB21K10050. Is it only one side not lighting ? Please double check the correct model # so we can assist you further. Thank You.

Answer Susan, Do you mean the pilot light flame is out, or is the pilot cap missing ? If the cap is missing, They are not permanently attached and can be removed or lost. If the pilot flame is out, you need to check for a clog in the pilot flame burner and clean it out(with a needle) and light the flame. Thanks, and Good Luck.
