All of my top burners are working but my oven pilot light in my oven went out and I cannot relight it. No gas is going to the oven.

When I turn a burner or all the burners, once the burner lights and the nobb is set to high, the flame is VERY low. If I set the nobb to low, the flame goes out. (Boiled a small pot of potatoes and it took more than an hour for the to be cooked enough to mash.) Do you think that the pressure regulator need to be replaced. ( We have a propane water heater and it is work just fine, so the problem is probably not with the gas line.)

Pressure regulator -part no. Ap4538742 has a small gas leak. What are trick of the trade to take out and replace? How difficult? Cautions? Looks like just three connections.
