The burners on my stove work but the oven does not. You cannot hear or smell gas when the oven is turned on. I already replaced the igniter just in case but that did not solve the problem.
Answer Hello Janet,
You will most likely have to replace either the control or the gas valve. If 120Vac is getting to the gas valve, it is the issue. If there is no voltage to the gas valve the issue is most likely the control or the harness between the control and the gas valve.
I want to change from propane to natural gas, what is the part #?
Answer Frank, yo will need to order the NG orifices part numbers WB28K141 for the small burner, WB28K143 for the large burner, and WB28K142 for the medium burners. Flip the pressure regulator cap back to natural gas. Thanks!
I have a gas stove with an electric starter. The oven does not turn off. Would this regulator correct the problem? Thank you.
Answer Hi Gianni. The pressure regulator does not shut the oven off from cooking. The oven thermostat will control the temperature regulation of the oven. It is part # WB20K8. Make sure you straighten the sensor completely and curve it careful in bends. Re pack the insulation around the entry point into the oven cavity so it will retain the cavity heat inward and not burn the rear wires. Thank You.
