Answer Hi Gianni. The pressure regulator does not shut the oven off from cooking. The oven thermostat will control the temperature regulation of the oven. It is part # WB20K8. Make sure you straighten the sensor completely and curve it careful in bends. Re pack the insulation around the entry point into the oven cavity so it will retain the cavity heat inward and not burn the rear wires. Thank You.

Answer Hello Jacob. These are easy to change. Just turn off the gas and disconnect the power to the range. Next remove the old regulator. Install the new regulator WB19K28 and use pipe dope on the fittings. Turn on gas and check for leaks. Hope this helps.
