Answer Hello Mike. The ptcr WR07X10057 is the relay for the compressor. It should read closed for continuity across each terminal in line. If one is open, it is bad and will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
