Answer Hello Joe, You could have a clogged screen, a bad drain valve seal Y03000182, or a bad drain solenoid WD21X802. There could be an issue with the timer, but you can determine this by checking for voltage at the solenoid at the drain cycle. Be aware if the drain valve seal is bad, it is not available without the entire pump and motor assembly which also includes the drain solenoid assembly.

Answer Hello Gary. Based on the information you provided, if the water drains after wash, but not rinse, you will need to order and replace the timer WD21X10200 in the unit.

Answer Hello Greg, If you make the picture in the attachment larger, you can see a "D" shaped flapper door inside the pump. The door has a rubber seal around it that causes the pump to either recirculate or drain. When the unit has been run ith no food particles and/or over soap conditions, this rubber seal will get wavey and cannot seal. This is your issue. I could not find the pump or a kit that contains the flapper door and seal, so it looks like the only way you can obtain the part you need is to order the pump and motor assembly WD26X10013.

Answer Hello Lisa. If the solenoid moves and is opening the drain, then it is fine. You will need to check and see if the drain hose is clogged. If not, you will need to replace the pump assembly WD26X10013. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello David. Check and make sure the unit is draining properly. If so, it sounds like grey water may be backing up into the system. If the unit does not drain properly, it will cause the problem as well. Try draining it into a bucket and make sure a large stream of water comes out of the drain hose. Hope this helps.

Answer Frederick, You can observe the drain solenoid and linkage operation, from the front of the machine. Remove the lower access panel and kickplate panel from the front of the dishwasher. You'll notice the assembly mounted slightly to the left of the drain motor assembly. You can visually inspect the wires, linkage , levers and spring. You can also, set the unit into the drain cycle and, and when you lock the door latch, you can observe and hear the solenoid activate and the unit start to drain.
