I don't get any draining from my dishwasher. I have back tracked the drain system to the Drain Pump (WD19X10015). Here is the following information I measured from my multimeter: Impedance was approx. 26 Ohms. When the drain pump is supposed to be running (Step 12 on F-1 Test Cycle), it measures 0 volts. The pump is doing absolutely nothing. Am I also supposed to get some draining from the main pump (it is running when it is supposed to)? Can someone please help me determine if I need a new drain pump or if I need to continue tracking the drain up line from here? The 2 leads to the pump are red and the other is red/white. The red/white wire goes into a switch or sensor at the front-right bottom of the tub. Out of that, a larger red/white wire goes out into front panel of the dishwasher, which I have not removed yet.

The GE Triton III does not fully drain at the end of the cycle. I cleaned all the traps and made sure the drain line is clear. I also replaced the piston and nut assembly but it still does not fully drain. Is the next step replacing the drain pump? Is the correct part number AP20309463? Thanks.

Hello. I have a GE Triton dishwasher that is not draining completely at the end of the cycles. You recently answered my question about this, and suggested, after checking all the hoses and drains for obstructions, that I change the discharge pump. I checked everything, hoses, took drains apart and cleaned them, etc. The pump will discharge water at the end of the cycle, just not all of it. None of the cycles, wash, rinse only, etc. will empty the machine completely. there is always about an inch and a half of water in the machine. What else can I check? Could the timing board, sensor, or whatever it uses be bad? And if so, is it in the panel behind the touch operation panel? Please advise, as I am leaving it apart until I get some suggestions. As usual, any help is much appreciated.
