Answer Don, Yes, the dispenser trim snaps on and off. You'll need a stiff blade putty knife(with tape on the end or a screwdriver, and carefully insert it between the trim and the outer door panel and carefully pry the trim away from the panel. The dispenser recess, could have a tendency to condensate under certian weather and environmental conditions, you may want to order and install it, it'll get damaged if you were to try and transfer it to the new recess. Answer Hello Larry. Unsnap and remove the front cover WR38X1838 off the dispenser. Then you can access the screws for the dispenser assembly. Remove the screws to access and replace the solenoid assembly WR62X107. Make sure the power is off before doing the repair to the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hi Brad. Remove power (breaker). Remove top hinge cover. Disconnect the molex wire connector, it supplies voltage to the fountain controls. Remove the glass spill catcher. Unclasp the fountain keypad. Remove the fountain board. Remove the shield which houses the chute flapper and the actuator pad. Keep undressing front to back taking note of any elect. connections. Then finally you can unbolt the dispenser recess assy. Part # WR17X10190 from the front. You need to buy another chute heater assy and apply as instructions supplied.Part # WR51X353. Reverse reassembly. Thank You.

Answer Leslie, You may have to loosen or remove the trim strips around the door, if you have decorator panels. if no panels are present, you can unplug the power cord first, then 1. Use a screwdriver to unlock the tabs at the bottom of the control panel. Slide the bottom out and down. 2. Disconnect the wiring harness connectors. 3. Remove 4 Phillips screws in the door dispenser housing. 4. Slide out the housing and disconnect the target switch and dispenser light connectors. 5. Spread out the locking tabs and remove the switch.( you should label all the wires and connectors at this point,it'll be a lot easier to re assemble the dispenser). 6. Push the chute duct door locking tabs back and raise the assembly above the locking tabs. 7. Push the lower armature locking tabs (under the assembly) back and lift up the entire assembly. You can then wash out all the mold you're describing and reverse the procedure and plug the power cord back in and test the dispenser for operation. Good Luck and Thanks
