My ice maker works fine, but none of the water/ice functions work. Any ideas?

You can check to see if the water reservoir is frozen, the water line in the door is frozen, the water valve is not being energized, or the water valve is bad. This will all be dependent on the model number since all designs are a bit different. The model number should be taken from the units' I.D. tag, usually inside the fresh food compartment on or near the ceiling or inside the bottom of the fresh food door on the cabinet.
