Why am I having to replace this slide every 4 months? The first few were replaced under warranty. It is just me and wife, no kids and no rough treatment.

Answer Hello Kurt! Unfortunately, we are unsure of why the slide would need to be replaced so many times. Are items being stacked on that shelf? The RH slide WR72X242 has been redesigned from the manufacturer. Hopefully this will take care of the issue. Thanks.
