Answer Hello Coforce. You will need to check and make sure the igniter is positioned correctly by the burner assmebly. If it is low or to far away from the burner, the gas will not lite correctly. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Bobby. If the switch is in the "up" position, the regulator is on. If the switch is in the "down" position (it will be loose not tight), it is in the off position. Hope this helps.
