I changed the dual water inlet valve and the ice maker, and it still will not make ice.

Is the fill tube frozen up? If the old water valve was bad, it would have frozen up the fill tube and you will have to use a hair dryer to thaw the ice out of it.
Everything runs, but compressor will not come on.
