Answer Casey, To remove the inner door panel to replace the lower door seal, you would remove the screws on the inside of the door and the inner door panel will lift up.

Answer Hello Ed, Yes you can get to this by taking the front panel off unit. You would remove the torx head screws from around the inner panel. Disconnect the control wiring and lift the front panel off.

Answer Hello Tyler. You need to completely remove the inner door panel to access and remove the screws securing the door seal.

Answer Hello John. The divot in the center is for the over flow. If water gets behind the seal, it allows the water to run back into the tub of the machine. The side does not matter, but the seal needs to make good contact with the tub when the door is closed. You can try reversing the side of the divot and see if that helps with the install. Hope this helps.
