Missing pieces out of our rental home's frig when tenant moved out

I got online about 2:30 with my refrigerator's model #. I ordered the 2 pieces for the freezer part and submitted my order. 10 minutes later I noted that the bottom shelf in the refrigerator was missing so I did an online chat with a rep (Eric, I believe) who ordered that part for me as a 2nd shipment but with no shipping charge! Awesome.
Even more awesome - 10:30 then NEXT morning the shipment arrived at my door!!!!!
SUPERIOR customer service. Couldn't believe it!
