I have a weird issue, when I turn the knob, the display shows as I am turning clockwise, even when I am turning it counterclockwise. i.e, if I am setting the time, I turn it clockwise, it increases, if I go to far, and try to turn it counterclockwise, it still increases instead of decreasing, like it used to do. The two parts I see are the one with the thing the knob is attached to that has all the buttons as well, and the part that seems to be the controller card. Neither is cheap, and I do not want to get the wrong one. If I could get just the component soldered on the board I would get that as I am handy with the soldering iron.

Hi, I have a GE Advantium 120. The display quit working. There are several items below the display that are still working. I am referring to the: microwave symbol, fan, rem, night, mute and timer. The microwave seems to work fine otherwise. I am not sure if this is an issue with the smart board or the display board. The model number SCA1001KSS 02 Serial number is VL901125k Thanks for any help

Our GE Advantium 120 oven in our RV resets itself every afternoon and sometimes when we try to cook larger meals. For some reason it will reboot itself and start up again and show the new time as 4:26 AM? Other times we get the entire LED board lit up as solid lit squares. When we reset the unit with the circuit braker is takes about 10 minutes before it starts the reboot cycle. Sometimes it will let us reset the clock and other times the screen goes blank and the little microwave icon on the lower left corner of the display blinks on and off. Once we reset the time it stays that way for about 5 minutes and then resets to 4:26 AM. I presume it is a problem with the clock timer circuit board as I have experienced a similar problem on other home ovens. Please let me know if you agree with my diagnosis. I presume that you have heard of this problem before. Is there any way to test the unit to be certain that is the problem? The smart board is Item Number: AP3792906, Manufacturer's Number: WB27X10776 , Thanks for your help with this matter! Sincerely Ken
