i whould like to know if the spark module have any thing to do with the oven lighting we put in a new thermostat and oven is still not lighting

Answer Mike, In your case, No, the spark module has nothing to do with the oven burner ignition. When you turn the nre thermostat to a temperature selection, the switch "closes" and sends 120 VAC to the igniter WB13K21, the igniter starts to "glow" and sends voltage (3.2 to 3.6 VAC) to the safety valve, The low voltage at the safety valve, causes the internal switch to open and release the gas, you most likely have a weak or broken igniter, at this point.
