Answer Hello John. You will need to replace one of the spark switches WB24T10071 that is bad on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Chris, You will want to pull the panel off of the gas manifold and check the ignition switches for continuity in the off position. If any of them have continuity then the switch is bad and would need to be replaced. If the switches check ok then inspect the wiring from the switches to the spark module for damage and check the wires form the spark module to the igniter for damage. If the wiring checks ok then replace the spark module.

Answer Angelo, You will want to test the switches for continuity when turned to the on position. The switches should have continuity at this point. If not then you will need to replace the switch if it does then you would need to replace the spark module.

Answer Hello Karen, This is usually caused by a failing ignitor WB13K21.

Answer Juli, You will want to check your burner switches to make sure that they have continuity when in the on position. If they do not then you would need to replace the switches. If they do have continuity then you would need to replace the spark module.
