Spray arm doesn't rotate. No leaks. Water must be going in as the drain cycles. What's the problem?
Answer Rick, First check and make sure the dishwasher is filling properly. The water level after 3-5 minutes of wash time should be 3/4 to 1 inch deep at the float dome in the front left corner of the tub. If not in range, replace the fill valve WD15X10003. If the water level is OK, then you'll need to remove the cover and filter WD12X417 and check the sump for debris and clogs that would restrict the water flow to the impeller WD19X10032.
How do I remove the bottom spray arm in order to replace the gear ring under it? Is there a Philips screw in the pop up?
Thank you very much.
Answer Hello Werner. Use a screw driver to use as a pry bar. Insert it in the square opening under the spray arm assembly to unscrew. It should turn counterclockwise.
water leaking at the bottom of the door. Do you think it would be the spray arm or the seal around the door.
You will want to check the spray arm for cracks or plugged holes in the spray arm. If this checks ok then the door seal would be the issue.
