Does the spring come with directions for replacement, especially how to disassemble oven to get to broken spring? Does the door have 1 or 2 springs per door? Many thanks.

The springs do not come with instructions, but I think you will find that this is a simple enough repair that instructions aren't really needed. Remove the screws through the front of the unit that secure it to the cabinet. Slide the unit out far enough to expose the hinge area. There will be one door spring on each side of each door, for a total of two springs per door. Therefore, a double wall oven will have four door springs.
One of the springs for the top door hinge broke. How difficult is it to replace it? Does the oven have to be removed from the wall to replace it?

The unit will have to be pulled at least six inches from its' installed position to gain access to the hinge area. It will not have to come all the way out. Once you look at the situation, I'm sure you will find it to be a simple job to install a door hinge spring AP2019906].
