My washer tub is damaging the washer cover, and had two dampening straps broken in the front. I replaced both those and it still shakes and makes loud banging noise when in spin cycle. I took out the agitator and saw that all the screws (322) but one are sheared off in the bottom of the tub. I wanted to replace the suspension arms, but mine are orange in the back and tan in front. Which color should I buy? And should I replace the bearing hub and associated parts?

The tub is off center in the enclosure, out of balance during spin, three out of four dampening straps broken. Replaced all four rod and spring assblys (green in back, tan in front), and replaced dampening straps. The tub still seems to list to the back right, not center. What else could be causing this? I havent run it with the new springs yet, will it right itself running, or is there another potential problem?

Latest Questions

Why are there 2 different part numbers for the suspension rods? Is part # 414 for the 2 rear rods and part# 415 for the 2 front rods? One rear and one front came out of its bracket can I just reinstall them or do they need to be replaced?

The bottom of the tub is hits the bottom of the cabinet when full, has worn a hole through and I believe it broke the pump off its bracket. None of the suspension supports are broken. Would it be best to replace them as a set? Thanks.
