What would cause my dryer to not heat up? It still runs, just no heat.

Answer Hello Sara,
There are several things to check. Let's start with the obvious. Turn the breaker off and back on and try it. Now the power supply needs to be checked at the units' terminal block. If 240Vac is present there, we can proceed to the units' internal components. There are several components besides the wiring harness.
Before you pull the drum, we can test the thermal fuse on the heater housing behind the dryer drum. It should read continuity, (just like touching the test leads together). There is also a thermostat on this same housing but on the left side. It should read the same as the thermal fuse you just tested.
Now let's discuss the heating element. This model has two heater windings, (made as one part). When you get into the unit and pull the drum, you need to check both windings. They should read from 30 to 80 ohms give or take 10%. After you establish the windings are good, check from either heater terminal to ground. This should produce no reading at all, (as though the test meter wasn't contacting anything. This insures the elements are not shorted to ground.
I hope I have been of some help to you. If you need more information, you can include your e-mail address and I can send you a service manual which explains how to service and diagnose problems with step by step details on disassembly and repair.
The Dryer will run for 10 to 15 min and cut off.

Answer Hello DCJT. If the unit shuts off and has to cool for a few minutes before it restarts, you have a bad motor and the motor WE17X10010 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
